Dr Basra has been our family physician for many years my kiddos love her. she is extremely intelligent and intuitive. she goes the extra mile for each and every patient. She is one of a kind

I have no bad experience with nothing at all at this facility or the hospital. I really like it and I really like her she is really nice a caring person. I would really recommend people to go to her. She is an awesome Doctor and person

Dr. Basra is the best doctor my wife, myself, and our young children see, and that is saying a lot considering my wife has a kidney disease and has seen many different doctors in the Western New York area, including other primary care physicians. They take any medical concern with our children very seriously, they are very cordial, professional, and are just a very kind and wonderful team. If it was not for Dr. Basra, I am convinced my wife would not have received the great care she has received regarding some of the issues with her kidney disease. My wife and kids have been going to Dr. Basra as our primary care and family doctor for about 5 years - we don't plan on changing with the great care they provide.

I have been a patient of Dr. Basra’s for over one year now and I honestly can not say enough positive things about her personally and her support staff. Dr. Basra has been more than patient and helpful always taking extra time to really listen to me and partner with me in formulation of a health plan. Always following up and following through with both me and my husband. Dr. Basra has been instrumental in the most recent difficult and tedious process of me going back to school and getting updated on all of my immunizations. She even came out to the front desk herself to help the support staff find the records from a previous Dr. ‘s office to be sure I was all set. The ladies at the front desk, especially Lois go over the top to make sure that all is taken care of from insurance, to paperwork and even appointments. Everyone in the office is warm and welcoming. It is the most positive office I have ever been a patient at. I am thankful and grateful for everything they do. Keep up the great work!

Dr. Basra has been phenomenal. I needed to find a new doctor after mine retired, and I was lucky enough to be referred to Dr. Basra. She is very reassuring and caring. For example, I was recently diagnosed with bronchitis, I was provided with prescriptions, and subsequently followed up with a phone call to check in two days later. This a level of care that is much appreciated. She goes above and beyond as a doctor and spends a lot of time with her patients in the office. Thank you

My 87 year old father was a patient of Dr. Basra. She treated my father with such respect, kindness, and compassion, as well as with her knowledgeable medical abilities. My father had several medical issues and she addressed each one. She spoke kindly to both my dad and me with detailed explanations of his diagnosis and treatment options. She answered all of our questions and was very patient with my father. Unfortunately my father’s illness was incurable and from no fault of Dr. Basra he recently passed away. My father spoke highly of her. I give very high praise to Dr. Basra and her whole staff for everything they bestowed on us.

I have been a patient of Dr. Basra’s for over 20 years. She has always been friendly, kind and compassionate. She has seen me through illnesses as well as taking care of my 3 children after they were born. When she retired to care for her family, I was devastated because I knew there would no one comparable to her. When I found out she had started up practice again, I immediately made appointments for myself and my children even though it’s almost an hours drive, it is certainly worth it. She takes her time, asks questions and always takes any concerns I have into consideration.

It seems that most of the negative reviews here are about the hospital itself. Dr. Basra is wonderful. She's a thoroughly caring, wonderful physician. She is my doctor, as well as my mom's, and has always taken great care of us. I would highly recommend her.

For years I've been trying to find a physician who listens and is great at communication. I've been working with Dr Basra for about a month now and she has done so much for me in this short time. I felt like I have fought for years to be heard and understood/taken seriously. She's extremely helpful, as is her staff and they've been nothing but kind and thorough the entire time. I'm so happy I took a chance and look forward to continuing my care with her! Not to mention the tech advances at the new hospital make the process much more seamless.
